Inquiry Regarding RTCP BYE Message in WebRtcEndpoint Release Logic

I trust this message finds you well. I am currently working with Kurento version 6.16.0, and I have a question regarding the release logic of WebRtcEndpoint.

Upon reviewing packet captures results and readinging the source code, I could not identify any mechanism for sending an RTCP BYE message during the release of a WebRtcEndpoint. I would like to inquire whether there is an existing mechanism for this in the release logic.

If such a mechanism exists, could you kindly point me to its location in the source code? On the other hand, if there isn't an existing mechanism, I am seeking guidance on how to add the functionality of sending an RTCP BYE message during the WebRtcEndpoint release.
