cannot disconnect please help

I connected my trust wallet via walletconnect to abracadabra.money after abracadabra had been connected to my metamask. I have disconnected in my trust wallet but the dashboard has my trust wallet address meanwhile saying its connected to my smart chain metamask. It has been this way for over a month and nothing I've tried has helped. I just need to disconnect everything abracadabra thinks it's connected to so I can connect back to actual metamask. If someone could please help me with any tips on how to completely disconnect so I can start fresh I would really appreciate it
