Change Reference Architecture accounts

Hello,

I currently have an infrastructure-live repository following the Reference Architecture setup which includes the various base accounts (security, logs, shared, and the application ones). We are in the process of moving/merging some AWS accounts and I would like to ask if there's any special instruction about that (thinking mostly about the base ones, so security, shared and logs). Also is there any way to configure the accounts to assume the role from github based on their own account's role? I checked the new gruntwork pipeline, but that would be a major change for us (we currently use ECS pipeline type)

Any help would be appreciated.
