EDITED: added a guide of How to Configure Giscus.

You've to fill up the form on giscus.app, and then it will show the related info for you if everything is OK.

  1. Install the Giscus App on your public GitHub repo.
  2. Type your repo name in the repository input on Giscus.app.
  3. Select the Discussion Category on Giscus.app.
  4. If anything is OK, then you could find any required info in the Enable giscus section, such as data-repo-id and data-category-id.

It would be great that Giscus handles those IDs by names, it's a little bit complex for setting it up at now.
