Create a repository for documentation only

For better organization, I believe (not just me) that separating the documentation into a single repository is the most recommended thing to do, especially when dealing with a large and multilingual documentation.

I don't think so. Separating documents into separate repository will result in the code repository receiving Pull requests without timely document updates

As I am translating the documentation into my language, in design it would be much more organized, but I also understand your point, it would really be a problem. Anyway, I'm happy to contribute.
