Are there any examples of using a custom function call to upgrade a remote contract? #854

Use case: DAO controls the upgrade of a contract other than it's own. I know it's working in this branch for the contract of a DAO itself: https://github.com/near-daos/sputnik-dao-contract/tree/audit-v3
