隐语运行时，设置日志级别

隐语在运行时，常常会输出一系列日志，但是这些日志有时不一定是我需要的

我已经在代码最开始，设置

import logging
# 设置⽇志等级和输出⽇志格式
logging.basicConfig(level=logging.ERROR)

但是不起作用，请问怎么才能禁止这些日志的输出？

比较麻烦，首先这些日志出现在jax module init过程中，因此logging config需要在import jax之前，其次，sf里面很多device都会import jax（其实spu compiler也会import jax），因此很难保证logging config可以提前做到。

确实很麻烦，driver还可以在import secretflow时最开始设置logging level，但是ray的remote机制还需要针对每一个task和actor进行设置🙃
