Consider including release notes in the core repository

Hey y'all super exciting project, might just be me but I'm always a bit surprised whenever I see releases on GitHub without any notes or info attached so thought it might be something to suggest.

It took me a bit to find the actual changelog, which at present seems to only be accessible on the site at https://surrealdb.com/releases. Maybe consider integrating those notes into the GitHub releases or even in a CHANGELOG.md in the root of the repo, it's where devs like me tend to look for such info.
