How to set variable value based on condition

Hi,
I need to pass or set installdir path based on condition.
I have registry entry for the installfolder path, I want if registry has value, set it to the InstallFolder variable otherwise set some hardcoded value such as 'C:\ProgramFiles'.

I have achieved to set the registry value to the variable but not able set hardcoded/default value, if registry entry is empty or not available.

I am using bootstrapper application - bundle.

Please suggest how can I achieve.

Any suggestion please, Need to set INSTALLFOLDER variable value conditionally based on registry key.
