After looking more closely I think this is a major upgrade launch condition logic issue and nothing new and never before seen. |

I've seen a situation which doesn't make sense to me. An installer that has a public property (SOMEPROPERTY) that is marked secure and a Launch Condition that checks that for Installed or SOMEPROPERTY. The log clearly shows that SOMEPROPERTY has the passed value but the condition triggers and aborts the installer. This seems to be a works on most machines except for one customer site where it works intermittently.
Has anyone ever seen this? It's a new one to me.
