Hello,

Regarding the addition of images, you should normally be able to do so by doing it the org-mode way, i.e. by using one of the following link description: [[path/to/image.jpg]] or file:path/to/image. Please have a look at this page for more information: https://orgmode.org/guide/Hyperlinks.html (I don't know how much of the link set Orgzly implements)
This should add a file link to a note and clicking this file link should open the image externally, but it doesn't seem to be working any longer on my side, can you confirm this ?

In addition to inserting the link (if they work) and to be able to have the images displayed, you must also toggle the following option: Settings > Notes & Notebooks > Enable images (in the Images section)

That method doesn't work always even after enabling Images in Setting.

I request to add a feature to Add Images internally.
Thanks

Ok, what do you mean by adding images internally ? how would imagine yourself adding images in a note of a notebook ? via the UI ?
(To have an idea on how the feature could be designed)
Internally, the structure would still have to use org-mode I guess, so there would still be a file link or maybe an attachment (not sure this is implemented)

I don't know coding. Lol
I was just telling that, an image may be selected from Storage and dropped into Note.
Thus making a copy of image in the note database of the app.

I am not ridiculously asking new features. I was just trying to make the app more Android friendly.

Sorry if i was rude. '-'

You basically want org-download for Orgzly

I would like this feature as well. It possible to share an image from the gallery to orgzly but this results in

content://com.simplescan.scanner.fileprovider/external_storage_root/SimpleScanner/Documents/Lieferschein%20standregal/202011182243021000.jpg

Cannot determine path to this image and only linking to an image is currently supported.

It would be great to move the file to .attach/
And add a link internally

There is already #566 and probably more.

Edit: Well, of course, there is the very #1, too

#795 already has a working implementation to add images, but limited to one image per note, and you need to go from your gallery app and share that image to Orgzly. Would that work for folks here?

For the UI to add images, I agree it should be added. That enables you to have multiple images per note.

My question would be: do we need the UI to delete images, and how about refiling images to other notes?
