Zendesk supports tags for tickets and organization. When users are imported from zendesk, it will be great to import also those tags in the orocrm contact to facilitate filtering

Thank you for the feature request. It would be a great addition to our CRM. We'll keep it in mind when we get a chance to work on Zendesk integration improvement.
I would also like to request support for tags. This would improve efficiency quite a lot for anyone integrating the two. I notice this was on the burner in 2015. Have there been any updates?
