These days a lot of customers need to negotiate the price even after receiving the quote from the business. My suggestion was if in workflow or through bundle to add the functionality of quote revision after requesting a quote, where the customer can either accept the quote or can request a quote revision until he/she is satisfied with the price.

OroCommerce has a flexible workflow system that allows you to change the quote or RFQ management flow the way you need. E.g., add more steps, change transitions, and so on. Some customizations can be done from the management console. More complex things are configured with the YAML configuration.
Thank you for your response Andrey Yatsenco. Is there any way we can copy the default RFQ management flow and can edit it to enhance it? I see no option to copy the default workflow.
