External BT display

Hi there. I am using Osmand on my iOS dev regularly and love the app a lot. As I am riding off-road (E-MTB, trials or enduro moto) I expose the expensive phone a lot to rain, snow, crashes. I even don't want to put it on a mounting device, as there is simply not any good and safe place for a holder on any bike. So I put it in a pocket / clothing and have to put it out, unlock, watch, put back in which is pretty annoying. My idea was to have a feature that allows to connect a BT device which as MVP can connect to the App, and receive the image around the location cursor at a certain update rate (1 sec is fairly enough). The size of the area to BT shall be configurable, e.g 200x200px. This way anyone can protect his expensive device and see the currently relevant track and map on a cheap display. Those might not exist to buy yet, but could be easily DIYed. Hope this makes sense to you at all. If this would not get priority, fair enough also. In this case...may anyone guide me to the relevant artefact code ? Thanks a lot !!
