Add cmake tests to ignition-physics formulae #1138

Most ignition formulae create a CMakeLists.txt file in the test do block (for example ign-plugin1) and build the test code using cmake. Currently the ignition-physics* formulae only test code built with flags from pkg-config. We should add cmake tests as well.
