[Feature request] Please add an option "Copy link to file" to the "..."-dropdown on an attachment

I often find that I want to link (to) a certain attachment - within the Description or in other places (e.g. Wiki-Pages, E-Mails).

For this I really miss a simple way to "Copy link to file" via the existing options on an attachment.
Basically it only works for videos or image attachments to actually (easily) get the direct link to the attachment...
