The URL is ok as it can be reached from a new tab.
Using chrome browser or others it works.

#35 sounds like the same issue in chrome. A comment suggested it was a 3rd party cookie issue.

To get images displaying in Firefox, I turned Enhanced Tracking Protection off for dev.azure.com.

Looks like this extension is using Application Insights?
