How can we reproduce the crash?

I wish I could tell you, it just crashes, often times when I'm not doing anything with it. This seems to happen more frequently since I started using FileSystemRouter.

@econsta, the latest version of Bun is v1.1.41, but this crash was reported on Bun v1.1.39.

Are you able to reproduce this crash on the latest version of Bun?
