Title: Enhancement Request: Configurable Visibility Radius and Mouse Scrolling in ox_target

Hello,

Is it possible to reconfigure ox_target or add a new feature that allows controlling its visibility and interaction points, similar to the functionality in this GitHub project?
For reference, here are two demo videos showcasing the desired functionality: Video Demo 1, Video Demo 2.

Since all locations are already defined in ox_target, I imagine it would be relatively straightforward to enable or display interaction points within a configurable radius. Additionally, implementing mouse scrolling within the interaction menu could be a useful quality-of-life feature, though it’s more of a comfort feature than a necessity.
