Full configuration with the cdsctl CLI

I installed CDS locally to run thanks to docker-compose. I am trying to configure and bootstrap only using the cdsctl CLI but there are some features that I did not achieved only with the CLI. Is there any solution ?

1. I am obliged to manually export the INIT_TOKEN
2. I cannot set a password for the admin account
3. I cannot add a repository manager to a project
4. I cannot link an application with a github repository

It is not expected to be able to install cds completely with the cli. The 3 and 4 needs manual actions (oauth2 needed). The 1st point is possible (see TOKEN_CMD=$(docker logs debian_cds-prepare_1|grep TOKEN) && $TOKEN_CMD in the https://ovh.github.io/cds/hosting/ready-to-run/docker-compose/full-example/
