Description

Lot of app needs to select a region. We should create a common component to homogenize the region select on a form.
AS I saw on multiple mockups, this component can have (or not) a macro region filter at the top (All location, Europe, Canada, USA).

To discuss with Design team to formalise the requirements as region selection is pretty different in different apps.

I updated the description. After discussion with Design team I have 1 unique proposition. In the future, it is possible we will have to modify the component to add different versions (large / compact) and feature to select localzone. But for the base of the component we can start with the given mockup

The component is on Design team's backlog for Q2. So the ticket will be moved to "Blocked" until we have a design.
