Implementation of the new MAAS (Metal as a Service) cloud infrastructure.
This new nodesource-addon manipulates the connector-iaas and completely rely on the following PR: ow2-proactive/connector-iaas#53 where all the details about the implementation are provided.
This PR must therefore be merged after to avoid dependency issues.
