Announcements for certain people/groups

Is there a way to set the configuration up so that only certain groups or people see the announcements? I use this for both personal and school related and would only like announcements to be seem by my peers.

Story, context and use cases

As an admin I want to be able to send announcements to (multiple) single users as well as groups to be able to communicate more granularly within the ownCloud platform.

Product design concept

• Currently "announcementcenter" can only send announcements to all users of an instance.
• This could be extended with an autocomplete text field to pick (multiple) single users and groups
• Sending announcements to all users should still be possible
