How to change first day of the week?

I am not sure if this is the right place to ask questions but I can not find anything in the documentation. I just wanted to ask if there is a way to change the first day of the week from Monday to Sunday?

Steps to reproduce

1. Install calendar 1.6.4 on owncloud.

Expected behavior

There should be some option under the Settings so I can change the first day of the week from Monday to something else like Sunday in all views (week and month).

Actual behaviour

I can not find any thing on this in docs or on the UI,

Server configuration

Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04

Web server: Apache

Database: PostgreSQL 13

PHP version: 7.4

ownCloud version: 10.6.0.5

Calendar version: 1.6.4

Updated from an older installed version or fresh install: Fresh

Signing status (ownCloud 9.0 and above): Good I guess

I will be very happy to contribute to this task if someone can give me pointers where to look for.

I want to know this too. I don't get any of the options that are visible in this screenshot from this guide. Both of ownCloud and the Calendar app are the latest ones to date.

I would love to know this too. All my calendars start their weeks on Monday, and OwnCloud being the only one that's basically off-by-one is super confusing.
