Import/Export external storages

To be looked into: there are already occ commands to export and import external storages for both global and personal storages.

Need to find out whether these are adequate and could be either called directly, or as part of the storage export command.

There are already occ commands to export configs as JSON. Need to check if passwords are exported as well and somehow reuse / call these.

As far as I see, there is currently no pwd export/import functionality in the given commands.

Didn't we decide that we don't want to export passwords? Update #7 ?

Just wanted to highlight that in case you want to export pwd, you need to add a option for it in the given commands...
