Have a primary storage configured for all files in the system (Scality or Ceph preferred, Minio is not officially supported), see https://buildmedia.readthedocs.org/media/pdf/s3-server/doc-adddoc/s3-server. p12*

• https://oc1080-primary-s3-113-rc1-20211117.jw-qa.owncloud.works runs with a localhost scality s3 server.

Known issues from the past
As admin user create a user "user1" and share a folder "SHARED" with "user1". As "user1" upload some files to root folder. Favorite them, add comments and tags. Move those files into "SHARED" folder received from admin user.	FileID should be kept after moving to a shared folder as recipient. All metadata must still be there, favorites, comments and tags.	✔️
As admin user upload a file bigger than 5GB using web ui.	File can be uploaded, finishing correctly joining the chunks without problems.	✔️

Changelog testing

• Prohibit enabling encryption when S3 Object Storage is configured #487
  • error message shows when enabling encryption
  • encryption cannot be enabled

With server 10.8.0 and daily the encryption app can be enabled without errors. -> reopening owncloud/core#39263 (comment)
