Hide icons where impersonation not possible.

This would need some investigation. This could be considered as the parent issue.
The issues would be:

On initial install impersonations icons shown but not possible because not configured #136

Why do we need this?

It improves the usability. The UI gets verbose and hence less head ache with docs.

There are few catogories mentioned #134 (comment) should be the areas which would be nice to cover.
