Improve error shown when we try to impersonate a user that never logged before #44

It should say the reason why that user cannot be impersonate. OOTH it should also be shown as a yellow warning in the top of the screen instead of a pop-up

Reproduced with owncloud-server-10.4 and impersonate-0.5.0

Looks like a nice junior job to me. maybe some day.
