Install bundle error handling

Steps

1. Have firewall app already present in "apps-external" folder
2. Start trial
3. Install bundle
4. Wait
5. Install again

Expected result

During first install: market app should detect that I already have the app and skip it or update it ?
During second install: don't attempt installing already installed apps ?

Actual result:

"Installed" button appears for every app except "Firewall" app.
No error message appears anywhere.
There is a console error about 400 Bad Request from server, that's it.
