IMHO, M3U UI on Android TV is not suitable

Add option to use phone/tablet UI on TV

Phone or Tablet UI is not compatible for remote control. Maybe it is hard to move the focus in some pages. We will optimize it later.

And for another reason, the compose tv material and foundation libraies have not been released to stable version, they are very unstable and have many performance issues as well. Maybe the optimization will be delayed.
