Check before feedback

  • I checked the other issues to ensure no one has mentioned it yet.
  • I made sure the bug can be reproduced in the SNAPSHOT application package.

Describe the bug
If a new M3U Playlist is quite big (~ 170 MB) the connection is aborted due to a Timeout error.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create new M3U Playlist
  2. Enter link to huge Playlist
  3. No errors are displayed

Expected behavior
Best case would be if we can define a custom timeout to download the Playlist. Otherwise an error and a workaround should be displayed (e.g. Download the Playlist first and load it from the file system)

Screenshots

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

  • Device: Xiaomi Poco F5
  • OS: Android 14
  • Version: latest Snapshot
