Toggle option to swap BYE point scoring from match to sets

Currently, BYE matches are awarded points from the "points per match won" field, meaning in scenarios where a seasonal competition has both matches with an odd amount of sets, or matches with an even amount of sets, it's not possible to award BYE points without having a value set in "points per match won", which then also gives those points to every match won, neglecting the winner of the BYE match by not awarding them set points.
