[Feature Request] Detect link for conversion instead of needing to highlight a section #22

Either in addition to or instead of. It would be easier to place a cursor between some [[text]] and be able to hit a hot key to convert it rather than needing to highlight the entire section and then use the command or hotkey to convert the link.
