Recon paper issue 2. How to apply tolerances/thresholds to similarity scores to avoid spurious matches being made. StrEmbed will currently make the maximum number of possible matches, but some may be wrong. Can be applied e.g. at point of LSA algorithm or before "accepting" matches and integrating into lattice.
