Which versions of Ruby, Padrino, Sinatra, Rack, OS are you using? Did this work in previous versions?

@wikimatze Can you look into fixing the video embedded on the blog tutorial to the video above? Or was it something else - like embedding was disallowed?

I think that the Vimeo needs to "rate" the video, so that it's allowed to show for non-logged-in users of Vimeo.

Oh, the video is 14 years old.
