Please, add the conversion from current windows encoding to utf-8 (options).

I don't quite understand what you mean. You do not want to use UTF-8?

Default encoding windows is cp12* (cp1251)

By default the utility sends all messages in UTF-8, converting them from the 
current system codepage.
