Finish formatting of system description page & publish

The images need to be updated to work with the black page background (the images were transparent, so dark lines disappeared).

I want to make an argument for switching the black background but it's low on the priority list.

I've published it, but these issues need fixing:

1. The title appears twice.
2. There is no picture of the inside of the camera box.

FYI, the title of the page will show by default because of the template, so you just want to remove it from the top.

@wtgee I removed the title from the top of the page, so now it appears not at all. I'm unclear how to get it to appear just once. Hints please.

1. Rename Camera Enclosure to Camera Box, as that is what the build instructions say.
2. Link from the Build Instructions overview page to the appropriate sub-sections of the baseline system description.

There is meta information that should go at the top of each page markdown page:

You can leave out the layout and it will do a default.
