What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Just format and try to unmount the fat32 your formatted as wbfs 2. 3. What is the expected output? What do you see instead? It appears to corrupt the qbfs partition when you try to write-out changes to the partition before the dismount the fat32 partion. What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? 1.2.1 Please provide any additional information below.

Even after the initial format in the QBFS format, the drive is still mounted
in linux as a FAT32 volume. When you try to unmount the volume, gnome trys
to write to the fat32 volume before dismounting; corrupting the qbfs
partition you just formatted. So, it would be nice to tell people to
dismount the volume before formatting, or after formatting to have the
software automatically dismount and mount the volume.

Just a thought.

Ho i see, you should format only unmounted partitions.
If u have fat32 mounted partition to format in WBFS, just umount it before formatting it wit QWBFS.

I will add some popup to inform the user, thank u ;)

It would be nice, or have the QWBF software offer to dismount it before it
formats it, and maybe put a big "RECOMMENDED" sign on it for newbs.

It would also be a good idea for the software to offer to safely remove the
disc when you quit the software, since the buffer to the drive is still not
empty for like 5 seconds after you finish moving a game to the drive.
Someone might think they can already disconnect the drive, and will corrupt
their data.
