Easily style select elements in all major browsers? How so?

That would be great but i wondered what you're referring to when mentioning not maintaining fancy select? AFAICT its reasonably easy to style the outer select element but there's no way i can find to style the options dropdown. And i have really, really looked.

Have i missed something - either in respect of newer browsers or FancySelect's scope?
