Suggestion for making separate uploads from IN1 and IN2 possible for FT8 and WSPR

Update decode-ft8.sh
The c2 files have the CHANNEL parameter 1 or 2 in their filename, this was created to make comparison of both inputs, for instance for antenna comparison, possible.
The current decoding throws this away and lumps all decodes again.
To make it possible to report them separately I introduced the same CHANNEL parameter into the decode.txt filename.
The upload script can now add different callsigns to the IN1 and IN2 results so these can be compared on psk reporter.
The same holds for the wspr setup that I will also change accordingly.
Both need to be done for the 125-14 as well as the 122.88-16
I have created a clone of the original into my github.
