Fix student search scraping script #1

The OA people have changed the searches to require a session cookies. Hence the scraper in https://github.com/pclubiitk/student-search/blob/master/scrape/scrape.go doesn't work anymore.

This needs to be fixed. The scraper need not be in golang.. just the db should be updated as it was before for compatibility purposes.
