A simple slow cooker meal. I like to make double batch and have leftovers.
- Gluten Free (If using GF mushroom soup)
- Slow Cooker
- Slow cooker
- Spatula or some other stirring implement
- Stew beef (1lb)
- Cream of mushroom soup (1 can)
- French onion soup mix (1 pkg)
- Burgundy wine (1/2 cup)
- Combine all ingredients into slow cooker
- Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8
- Serve over rice or egg noodles
