Main tasks

Major important improvements

  • versioning system (Versioning ideas #130)
  • ability to hold up to 5,000 rows
    • first: solve database updating issue. if that doesn't solve it, then go to peppy
  • Showcase GEO->PEP archives
  • Metadata standardizer v.1
  • [sam] pep->R (pepr)
  • [sam] selectable schemas (so you can validate against a different schema)
  • pipestat-ready
  • pipestat report-ready
  • release a few important datasets with PEPhub
  • add schemas to pephub
  • token management
  • locking?
