CollationHistogramDialog
The Collation Histogram dialog can be summoned by clicking the View Histogram button on the toolbar or by choosing “Histogram Graph” from the View menu. This dialog displays a graph of the frequency of difference over the length of the currently selected document. The short name of the currently selected document is displayed below the graph. Clicking on an area of interest in the graph jumps the text in the Document Panel to the relevant location and creates a green highlighted bar in the graph; the highlighted bar can be dragged from side to side on the graph to scroll the text through the Document Panel.
Below the graph is the Filter Strength Slider. This slider allows you to temporarily filter out minor differences in spelling and punctuation in order to reveal more substantive differences. This feature is especially useful in large documents with many minor changes.
