camerapp fails under new SCION numbering scheme #45

Imageserver and imagefetcher currently fail with "SCION network not initialized" error

The default sciond path has been adopted.

For the canonical way of choosing the path have a look at: https://github.com/scionproto/scion/blob/10d13f678e427241bcf5ff48bc464186e6410358/go/tools/scmp/main.go#L49

In SCIONLab ASes, the socket is at the default location/run/shm/sciond/default.sock
