add more documentation on how to add permissions to new features with permission

Hello, great code you have here, so I wanted to add a new feature , I Did add it so the sidebar, I checked if there is a way to add the permissions, dynamically and it seems like it can only be added via the file in the seeder with the permission, and then reseed again, is this the correct way to add new permission? or is there a better efficient way? please add it to the documentation so I can do it, thanks.
