Strong encryption constraint needs to be upgraded to post-quantum cryptography algorithms.

Weak encryption constraint also needs to be updated, it shouldn't contain encryption algorithms which aren't recommended today, but should instead contain algorithms which are in common use today, that are not safe post-quantum.
