Rename archive_files

There was a discussion on Discord about this field not being named very well. Especially with the addition of macos support for it. A candidate was extra_files, a purposely vague name, because depending on platform it might be used very differently. Maybe we can find a better name though. Also we should emit a warning for archive_files, but still retain compatibility (forever).
