Suggestion
The current release of pgRouting supports a solution to the chinese postman problem
Improvement
That works find for an ideal world, but often as not the world include things like hills which make the cost of traveling a network link asymmetrical , this is known as the Windy postman problem, which assumes that the local wind is making it hard for the postman to climb a hill and easier to get down it.
Is there any chance that this could be added to pgrouting in the futurer ?
