Bug: Projects and groups should not be able to share with ancestor groups #867

Currently, you are able to share a project or group to one of it's ancestor groups. In the example below, the project "Outbreak 2023" and the group "Chlamydophila psittaci", are descendants of "Chlamydia and Chlamydophila".

We should not be allowed to do this, since they are children of "Chlamydia and Chlamydophila" and their samples should already be included.
